Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date.

To qualify:

  • We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products
  • We also accept returns of new and slightly used products

How to Request a Return

  • Wait for Instructions: We will review your request and send return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before approval.
  • Return the Item: Once approved, ship the item using a trackable and insured method. A valid tracking number is required.
  • Return Methods: In-store, drop-off location, or mail (based on approval instructions).

Refund Process

  • After your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours), your refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • You will receive a full refund, including original shipping and handling fees
  • We do not charge restocking fees

Wrong or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us with a photo
  • In most cases, no return is required
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference
