The weight we declare to FedEx for shipping purposes may be slightly lower than the actual weight of the package. The actual product weight is always as listed on our website. Please refer to the Hometaffy website for accurate weight information.
Is the product just an empty iron canister or does it contain refrigerant gas?
The product is refrigerant gas, securely filled and sealed inside a durable iron cylinder. The cylinder serves only as the container, while the actual product you are purchasing is the gas itself.
How long does shipping take, and where do you ship to?
All orders are shipped free of charge via FedEx. We process and ship orders within 24 hours from our U.S. warehouse (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays). Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Do I need an EPA certification to purchase this product?
No, you do not need an EPA certification to purchase refrigerant from Hometaffy. However, please note that filling, handling, or charging refrigerant into HVAC systems must be performed by a licensed professional with the proper EPA certification.
